What a delightful experience. Responded in less than 20 minutes. Came at MY convenience, arrived 5 minutes early, polite, walked through my plumbing needs and was very impressed with the way he talked to me about the repairs. Was able to fix leak and installed new shower fixtures in a timely manner and cleaned work area well. Price is the best I was given than many other companies in the area. Definitely the only place I will call for every plumbing need that may come up. Thank you again for the great job and conversation 😊

I hate to write bad reviews, but we spent $1600 for him to fix a leak from the bathroom to the kitchen, only for the problem to start back up again a couple weeks later. John said after he fixed it to let him know if there were any problems and we did. He had some personal reasons why he couldn't come, and we gave him the benefit of the doubt, but now, after 2 months, he will not return our phone calls or messages. Save yourself the time and money! He does not honor his warranty and gives you the run around.

My husband and I just had our water heater repaired by them and I was so impressed with the service they provided. John is incredible and really put our family first to get this done in the most cost effective way for us. His professionalism and kindness was outstanding and we will only use this company moving forward. I highly recommend them!!

I called for a sump pump replacement and couldn't be happier with the service I received. John was very knowledgable about his field and took the time and care to make sure the job was done right and answered any question I had. Extremely quick response time, saved me from a flooded basement. Will use his services again in the future, he can't be beat!

Estimated cost was $180-$220, persuading me that blockage cannot be fixed without taking down toilet ($385). After taking apart toilet, still didn’t fix the problem, but charged me $385 either way.

John (owner) came to our home promptly (within one hour after initial phone call) to perform work and replace a back flow meter for our irrigation system. This guy does not mess around. He replaced the meter, sweat the connections and we were back in business in about 45 minutes. Would recommend him without reservation based on y experience with this project!
